Human rights

We deal with cases of violations of the rights and freedoms guaranteed in the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and other international conventions. We analyze the circumstances of specific violations in terms of the admissibility and legitimacy of bringing a complaint to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). If the complaint is sufficiently grounded – we prepare relevant documents and represent clients before the ECtHR.
Due to the necessity to exhaust the domestic legal remedies before submitting a complaint to the ECtHR, we also provide legal assistance in proceedings before Polish authorities.
